A new vibration control system, Damped braced tube is developed for adopting on super high-rise buildings in central Tokyo. This system consists of frame using elastic braces and damped slit where a portion are replaced by dampers. acting as link beam coupled shear wall can dissipate seismic energy very efficiently contribute to succeeding meet higher criteria. paper describes outline efficiency through numerical analysis actual project expected be one the tallest towers
